CAN I CANCEL MY TREATMENT?

Yes, you're free to cancel your treatment. However please note a 20% deposit is paid upfront for our services, this is non-refundable if you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment.

If you are unable to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your to reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking.

DO YOU OFFER ANY DEALS OR VOUCHERS?

Treat yourself or a loved one to a pamper day at Facial Skin Specialist with value deals on offer, find our available vouchers here. We also have memberships for treatments that require more than one session, the more sessions the better the value!

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Both card and cash options are available. Payment accepted includes and not limited to Debit/Credit Card, Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.
